For the purposes of this Privacy Notice, the Mexican Pharmaceutical Association, AC (hereinafter "AFM"), is responsible for the protection and processing of your personal data, having as its address the one located at Nicolás San Juan Street number 1511, Colonia del Valle, Benito Juárez Municipality, CP 03000, Mexico City, Mexico. 2. PURPOSES
Your personal data will be used to: (i) send you the invitation to the exhibitions organized by AFM, ( ii ) register you for said events, ( iii ) provide you with a username and password, ( iv ) give you a badge; (v) register your cell phone number for access to visitor QR codes, (vi) to update our databases (vi) send you email messages through your cell phone to notify you of the exhibitions.
SECONDARY PURPOSES
Secondarily, we will use your data to: Prepare statistical studies. Prepare market analysis Send you advertising. To send invitations to different events. The owner has five business days to express his or her refusal to the processing of his or her personal data for the secondary purposes mentioned in the previous paragraph through the means established in point 1. It is important to note that the AFM undertakes to process personal data solely and exclusively for the purposes approved by the owner, as well as to establish and maintain security controls for their protection.3. Your requested personal data may be transferred to suppliers participating in the exhibitions, as well as to government agencies in order to comply with various legal regulations. To limit the use or disclosure of your data, the AFM has exclusion lists. To request your registration on said list, you can do so through the communication mechanisms defined in point 1, in which case you must describe for which cases you wish to be excluded and which data in accordance with the USE LIMITATION REQUEST FORM available on our website www.expofarma.net
6. ARCO RIGHTS AND REVOCATION OF CONSENT
You have the right to know what personal data we have about you, what we use it for and the conditions of use we give it (Access). Likewise, it is your right to request the correction of your personal information if it is outdated, inaccurate or incomplete (Rectification); that we delete it from our records or databases when you consider that it is not being used in accordance with the principles, duties and obligations provided for in the regulations (Cancellation); as well as to oppose the use of your personal data for specific purposes (Opposition). These rights are known as ARCO rights. Likewise, you may revoke the consent you have given us. To exercise these rights, as well as to revoke consent, you must submit the FORM TO EXERCISE ARCO RIGHTS AND/OR REVOCATION OF CONSENT, which is available on our website www.expofarma.net. The form must be filled out, signed and sent through the communication mechanisms defined in point 1. A. Information and/or documents necessary for the exercise of ARCO rights. A.1 Request to exercise ARCO rights through the Form to exercise ARCO rights and/or Revocation of Consent available on our website www.expofarma.net A.2 Simple copy of the accreditation documents of the owner or representative, and power of attorney from the representative. A.3 Contact information (name, address, email and/or telephone number) of the owner B. Procedure for exercising ARCO rights and/or revoking consent B.1 The holder and/or his representative must submit his request with the requested documentation through the means of communication defined in point 1, using the mechanisms mentioned in section (A). B.2 The personal data area staff will review the documentation to verify the identity of the owner or the legal representative of the owner, verify that the requested documents are available, and validate that the information contained is adequate and/or correct. In the event that the information provided in the request is insufficient or incorrect to address it, or the requested documents are not included, the personal data area staff may request the owner, once only and within five business days following receipt of the request, to provide the elements or documents necessary to process it. The owner will have ten business days from the day after receipt to respond to the request. If no response is provided within this period, the corresponding request will be deemed not to have been submitted. B.3 Once the complete documentation and information is received, the personal data department will have a period of twenty working days to respond to the request of the owner and/or his/her representative. The personal data department staff will record the date of receipt if the documents are delivered physically, and if they are received electronically, confirmation of receipt of the documents will be sent by email. B.4 If your request is approved, it will be processed within fifteen business days from the date on which the response is communicated. In the case of requests for access to personal data, delivery will be made upon verification of the identity of the applicant or legal representative, as appropriate. B.5 The staff in the personal data area will respond to requests for ARCO rights and/or revocation of consent that they receive, regardless of whether or not the personal data of the owner are included in their databases, in accordance with the established deadlines. 7. USE OF "COOKIES" AND "WEB BEACONS"
The AFM does not use "cookies" and/or "web beacons ".
8. MODIFICATIONS TO THE PRIVACY NOTICE
We reserve the right to make modifications or updates to this Privacy Notice at any time, in order to address legislative developments, internal policies or new requirements for the provision or offering of our services. These modifications will be available through our website www.expofarma.net in the Privacy Notice section, so we recommend that you periodically visit our website and/or be alert to possible modifications to this Privacy Notice.
9. IMPROPER TREATMENT OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
If you consider that your right to protection of personal data has been violated by any conduct on the part of the AFM, or in its actions or responses, and you presume that in the processing of your personal data there is a violation of the provisions set forth in the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, you may file the corresponding complaint or claim with the National Institute for Transparency, Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data (INAI).
